I Broke

I broke. I have never put up Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving. I always do it the weekend after. This year, using a very busy weekend as logic, I broke. I put everything up yesterday, Wednesday. My fall leaves are gone. My "Thankful" and "Grateful" signs are gone. It's all replaced by red stockings and twinkling lights.

I'm in good company. I have friends who love Christmas so much they put up trees weeks ago. When do you decorate for Christmas? How soon is too soon? And when do you take down the decorations? Mine don't make it through the twelve days of Christmas, mine usually come down on New Year's Day. What's your tradition?
